The works, supplies or services can be provided only by a particular economic operator for the following reason: absence of competition for technical reasons
Explanation
The facility is looking to purchase critical spares for the EPAC ns-pump laser. These components are part of the integrated laser system and are not operated or controlled separately to the system. Since the components are part of the integrated system, we are not able to supply specifications or set QA requirements for these components as this can only be done by the manufacturer. Such components are only available from the manufacturer of the system.
