Abstract

This Invitation to Tender is issued by Gloucestershire County Council (GCC) on behalf of Ubico Ltd and are seeking a single supplier to join a framework agreement for the management of haulage, sale/disposal of recycling products.

The framework agreement will be divided into 3 lots as below. Tenderers are required to bid for all 3 lots. It is the Company’s intention to award a call off contract for Lot 1 following the award of the framework contract. The award of Lots 2 and 3 will be subject to shareholder approval and the expiry of existing agreements managed by the authorities.

This Invitation to Tender is issued by Gloucestershire County Council (GCC) on behalf of Ubico Ltd and are seeking a single supplier to join a framework agreement for the management of haulage, sale/disposal of recycling products.

The framework agreement will be divided into 3 lots as below. Tenderers are required to bid for all 3 lots. After evaluation of the ITT submissions, the one tenderer who achieves the highest score in both quality and price will be awarded onto the framework agreement.

On tender deadline, dedicated verifiers from the legal team who are independent of the evaluation, will review and release all submissions and send a notification to the dedicated procurement officer before evaluation can commence. The procurement officer will forward the submissions to Ubico Ltd who will manage the evaluation process.
