Grounds Maintenance Contract for Parks and Open Space in Teignbridge
The work mainly comprises the management and maintenance of land and facilities in the district’s parks and open spaces including but not limited to:
• Litter picking
• Grass cutting,
• Cemetery services and Maintenance
• Maintenance of closed churchyards
• Pitch and putt golf course Maintenance
• Shrub and rose beds,
• Summer bedding
• Herbaceous borders/ Bog Garden
• Hedges hand and tractor cut,
• Litter picking including removal of dog litter shrub beds, and grass areas prior to cutting, leaf clearance etc.
• Maintenance of Bowling Greens
• Pitch marking and maintenance including removal of dog litter before cutting and before play.
• Other miscellaneous work, e.g., maintenance of ditches, edging of grassed areas etc.
