For the purposes of this tender, the contractor is to provide their pre-construction fee for early contractor engagement with the design team in the stage 3 design process to achieve a fully completed and budgeted design solution for the Passivhaus primary school. On satisfactory completion of the stage 3 design and budget, a further PCSA will be agreed to enable the completion of stage 4 design and market tested contract sum.
