The service comprises a number of dedicated roles including specialist drug and alcohol outreach workers, a nurse prescriber, dual diagnosis coordinator, specialist women's worker and a community engagement. The service is co-located at the Routes off The Streets hub, as well as working peripatetically.
The London Borough of Camden intends to award a contract to Via Care Ltd for a period of 12 months from April 2025.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations
2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. The standstill period begins on the day after the publication of this notice. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by midnight on 16 April 2025. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR 2023 Direct Award process C

The proposed Contract Award has been approved by the Director of Health and Wellbeing on 1 April 2025. There were no Conflicts of interest identified among officers involved in the process.
In accordance with PSR2023 Direct Award process C, a thorough assessment of Central North West London NHS Foundation Trust was undertaken against the following Key Criteria:
