The service will identify, respond and engage with individuals as close to the high risk event as possible. The service will provide harm reduction support and assertive outreach through a multi-disciplinary staff team.
The Provider will operate the service from 10am to 8pm, Monday to Friday and from 10am to 6pm Saturday and Sunday 365 days per year.
