Description of the goods or services required

The works comprise the detailed design and construction of 2No. concession units including associated site works, services and drainage.

The contractor will be responsible for the design of the buildings in

their entirety and for the submittal and obtaining of Building Regulation approval.

The following works are to be undertaken beyond the boundary of the site. Allow for additional supervision, fencing, barriers, hoardings protection, signage and the like appropriate to protect staff and

general public alike as required:-
