As the question had not been posted on the Sell2Wales site, we are providing an answer to parties that have shown interest via the Add Additional Information facility on Sell2Wales. The answer to the question is as follows:

Between 01/05/2024 and 30/04/2025 a total of 218 tickets were raised with our current provider. The numbers can be categorised to support levels as follows:
