This provision is to provide physiotherapy and first contact practitioner services/sessions within prisons in Kent. The authority is intending to award a contract to an existing provider following direct award process C. The approximate lifetime value of this contract is £1,050,000.00., This contract delivery is expected to commence from 01/05/2025, and inclusive of all possible extension opportunities is expected to expire no later than 31/04/2025.

For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period.
