Explanation

Contract by direct award via the LPP Clinical Digital Solutions (CDS) framework to System C Limited for the Badgernet NeoNatal EPR system for the period 01/04/2025 to 31/03/2028 with the option to extend the contract for a further 2 years. The contract is for a version of the system already in place with enhanced functionality. Direct award due to repetition of existing services and technical need to integrate with existing system.
