II.2.4) Description of the procurement
The Healthy Minds – Therapeutic Community Support for adults is aimed to provide effective, evidence-based interventions that support mental health and emotional wellbeing. The approach is informed by psychological understanding and therapeutic best practices. The service needs to be culturally sensitive and tailored to reflect the diverse needs of our communities, and is delivered as part of the wider Healthy Minds Community Mental Health Framework.<br/><br/>The Healthy Minds -Therapeutic Community Support will have four key elements of delivery as shown below, but are defined further in the service specification:<br/><br/>1. Relationship and Psychosexual Counselling<br/>2. Grief and Loss Therapeutic Support<br/>3. Chronic and Long-Term Condition Therapeutic Support<br/>4. Psychological Support for Complex Trauma<br/><br/>All four elements will be delivered as part of our Healthy Minds Community Mental Health provision, ensuring an integrated service that offers proactive, responsive, and, where necessary, coordinated support for individuals accessing mental health care. This tender presents a significant opportunity for organisations specialising in community-based therapeutic services to contribute to the mental health support infrastructure within the Bradford District and Craven area.<br/>The detailed requirements for the service is set out in the specification.
