2.Provide tailored consultancy support to each business to develop or revise a detailed Carbon Reduction Plan.

3.Deliver workshops and training sessions as needed to ensure businesses understand and can implement their Carbon Reduction Plans.

4.Provide ongoing support and advice throughout the pilot programme.
