Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee

Unable to commit to continuing
provision of Bikeability training beyond March 2026 until we received formal notification from the
Bikeability Trust that we would be receiving grant funding and, if so, how much. This notification is
normally made in October or November, but this year was not made until February
