II.2.4) Description of the procurement
East Sussex County Council are intending to award a new contract to an existing provider following the Provider Selection Regime Direct Award C for the delivery of a Online Sexual Health Service. The online service model consists of a fully integrated e-sexual and reproductive health services.
The contract initial duration will be for two (2) years commencing on 1st November 2026, with an option to extend the duration of the contract up to 24 months at the Council's discretion.
The Procurement Partner and Chief Officer have approved this award after review of the evidence against the key criteria, which was prioritised as below, with the most important at the top:
