Explanation
Due to the statutory nature of the services, the complexity of the
requirements and the expiry of the Council's current contracts in March 2027, a full regulated procurement exercise is not being undertaken.
Instead, the Council will utilise the G-Cloud 14 framework, which
provides a compliant and proportionate route to market
