Construct new shower rooms/toilets in Trefloyne A

Description of the goods or services required

There are twelve weeks 22/06 - 11/09/2026 to complete the following works.

The project comprises the full strip‑out and refurbishment of 12 identical bathroom/shower clusters, each containing three rooms:

• Room A: Existing shower room → converted to WC room

• Room B: WC + basin → converted to shower room with WC & basin

• Room C: Existing bath + WC + basin → converted to shower room with WC & basin

Each cluster includes one loadbearing wall (retained) and one non‑loadbearing

masonry partition (removed and replaced with a new stud partition).

The contractor shall provide all labour, materials, plant, access equipment, waste removal, and supervision necessary to complete the works.
