The works, supplies or services can be provided only by a particular economic operator for the following reason: absence of competition for technical reasons

Explanation

A Prior Information Notice (PIN) was published via Public Contracts Scotland (PCS) on 09 December 2025, with a request for interested parties to register their interest no later than 12 noon on 19 December 2025. 13 companies noted an interest by this specified closing date, and as part of market engagement for this opportunity, a questionnaire was issued to those same suppliers. Please note, 2 companies responded to this questionnaire, however, only 1 (ENWA Water Technology AS (FC023654) T/A ENWA Water Technology UK) confirmed that they can fulfill the requirements set out under the Prior Information Notice (PIN).
