Caerphilly County Borough Council is intending to issue a mini competition via the Dynamic Purchasing System for Training Providers (CCBC Employees & Residents) Tender reference number RQST14397 for the Provision of Early Years Restorative Approaches Training. The purpose of this notice is to inform any potential training providers who are not signed up to the Council's Training DPS that this competition will only be accessible to bidders if they are accepted onto the DPS and also give providers an opportunity to apply.

To apply for this opportunity you must register to the Dynamic Purchasing System for Training Providers (CCBC Employees & Residents) Tender reference number RQST14397 via the e-tendering portal Proactis Plaza:-

Once you have submitted your application the Council will evaluate. Please can you ensure you have submitted no later than Friday 01 May 2026.

The Council intends to issue a further competition week commencing the 11 May 2026 and only successful provides awarded to the DPS will be invited to tender and able to submit a bid.
