The requirement is for a five-year agreement to enable the servicing, support and repair costs of two existing high-resolution/accurate mass liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (HRAM LC-MS) systems to be purchased in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The two systems are both manufactured by Thermo Fisher Scientific and based around patented OrbitrapTM mass analysers.
