Mae Estyn a Dysgu yn bwriadu penodi cyflenwr profiadol addas i gynllunio, rheoli a chyflwyno cynhadledd genedlaethol ddwyieithog ar gyfer arweinwyr canol mewn ysgolion a gynhelir, ysgolion arbennig ac UCDau ledled Cymru. Bydd yn ofynnol i’r cyflenwr ddarparu gwasanaeth cynhwysfawr o’r dechrau i’r diwedd i sicrhau bod y digwyddiad yn cael ei gyflwyno’n llwyddiannus yn unol ag amcanion a gofynion Estyn.

Estyn and Dysgu are seeking to appoint a suitably experienced supplier to plan, manage and deliver a bilingual national conference for middle leaders in maintained schools, special schools and PRUs across Wales. The supplier will be required to provide a comprehensive, end-to-end service to ensure the successful delivery of the event in line with Estyn’s objectives and requirements.

Rhagwelir mai amcangyfrifiad y gost yw tua £55,000, yn cynnwys TAW. (I gynnwys llogi lleoliad, offer clyweled, gwasanaethau cyfieithu a rheoli’r digwyddiad).

It is anticipated that the cost is estimated to be circa £55,000 inclusive of VAT. (To include venue hire, AV, translation services and event management).

3 Conditions for Participation

Rhaid i gynigwyr ddangos eu bod yn ddarparwr rheoli digwyddiadau sy’n meddu ar gymwysterau a phrofiad addas, sydd â’r sefydlogrwydd ariannol, y galluogrwydd technegol a’r capasiti angenrheidiol i gyflawni’r contract. Mae hyn yn cynnwys profiad o gyflwyno digwyddiadau cymaradwy sy’n debyg o ran graddfa a chymhlethdod, a’r gallu i reoli pob agwedd ar gynllunio a chyflwyno digwyddiadau, ac adrodd ar ôl digwyddiadau.

Bidders must demonstrate that they are a suitably qualified and experienced events management provider with the necessary financial standing, technical capability, and capacity to deliver the contract. This includes experience in delivering comparable events of a similar scale and complexity, and the ability to manage all aspects of event planning, delivery, and post-event reporting.

Bidders must also be able to provide services bilingually (Welsh and English), including communications, delegate engagement, and translation services, in line with relevant professional standards.
