Roberts of Port Dinorwic Ltd. invites qualified suppliers to submit tenders for the provision of 8 refrigerated cooling systems at detailed below.
This document outlines the requirements, evaluation criteria and submission process.

The business is upgrading facilities. As a result, an opportunity has arisen for a supplier to provide 8 refrigerated cooling systems at detailed below.
3. Scope of the Work
Suppliers must be able to / the scope of the work includes:
Supply 8 of refrigerated cooling systems designed for the heat loads as detailed below:
1. 1 x 28kW
2. 1 x 18kW
3. 1 x 20kW
4. 1 x 32kW
5. 1 x 16kW
6. 1 x 19kW
7. 1 x 18kW
8. 1 x 7.5kW
Full turnkey installation to be tendered.
Ceiling mounted dual throw evaporators to be provided
Operating temperature to be maintained 1-3C
Fully enabled to accept local connections for power, air, water and data capture.
Proposed installation must be UK specification and CE marked where appropriate.
Environmentally friendly refrigeration gas to be named and GWP specified.
Stainless steel and marine specification required throughout due to coastal location and manufacturing environment.
Inputs and outputs required to achieve optimised running must be specified in tender, performance specification to be detailed.
All tenders to be fully inclusive, exceptions and PC sums not acceptable and must be quoted excluding VAT.
Delivery status in weeks from potential order placement must be stated.
Payment terms to be detailed.
If price is subject to currency exchange rate, state calculation.
The maximum value of this contract is 268000
Anticipated installation timeline:
Delivery and Installation – From June 2026
Project completion latest – December 2026

Relevant case studies
Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Energy reduction and GHG benefits of purchased machinery
Embodied carbon values of purchased machinery
Added value, no cost additions that will enhance the project

Commitment to deliver full H&S pack prior to PO placement
