Justification for framework term

While the standard framework duration is four years, the intention is to establish this framework for a total term of up to five years in order to maximise value for money and operational stability.

Framework operation description

Participating Organisations will be able to place direct orders on an ad-hoc basis, via the Oracle catalogue system using the submitted commercial schedules.

Participating Organisations can place a commitment agreement with a Supplier based on a set volume or period of time commitment or collaborate with other participating Organisations.
