The Authority intend to award a contract to deliver a lived experience recovery organisation within North East Lincolnshire (NEL) to support adults recovering from drug and alcohol use, with the aim to develop a an inclusive, accessible recovery community for adults over 18, offering safe spaces and meaningful activities to empower individuals, reduce stigma and promote sustained recovery.
This is an intention to award notice subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award.
The Authority is awarding this contract using the most suitable provider process.
Contract Value is £1,380,000
This is an existing service with an existing provider. The intention is to commence the contract on 11th May for a 36month period, with options to extend for 3 x 12 months.
