II.2.4) Description of the procurement

Extension of Welsh government Pilot project for Provision of Child & Young Person’ Sanctuary Service within Swansea Bay University health Board. The aim of the service is to avoid emergency admissions of young people in mental health crisis.

Adferiad Recovery were awarded the tender in August 2023 and have been providing the Sanctuary Service as part of a Welsh Government pilot. Welsh Government have extended the pilot term for the existing projects across NHS Wales, therefore this provider is the only eligible provider for this extension.

Extension period from 1st April 2026 to 31st March 2027
