Abstract

Keep Wales Tidy are seeking a suitably qualified contractor to evaluate the 3- year Urban Long Forest project. • To provide support at the beginning of the project to design a monitoring and evaluation framework, and the methods and tools to be used by project partners to effectively monitor project outcomes and benefits. • To prepare a mid-term evaluation report to assess progress and inform delivery, and a final evaluation report including recommendations. • Assessing the success of the project in meeting its aims as set out in the grant application. To provide analysis on what worked, what could have been done differently to better meet objectives, and what should be considered for future delivery. • Assessing the impact of, and attitudes towards the work within local communities. • Assessing the success of the partnership approach and the benefits this has brought to project delivery. To identify any issues that the partnership approach faced and to suggest how this approach could be improved for future projects. • Assessment of project success in meeting the aims and objectives as defined by the National Lottery Heritage Fund, and whether it has delivered benefits for Heritage, for People, and for Communities. • Lessons learnt that could utilised to take forward in future.

Description of the goods or services required

Keep Wales Tidy are seeking a suitably qualified contractor to evaluate the 3- year Urban Long Forest project.
