III.1) Conditions for participation
III.1.1) Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers
List and brief description of conditions:
Stirling Council requires to appoint a supplier that must:
a. Assist Stirling Council in fulfilling legal obligations;
b. Have necessary kennelling facilities;
c. Hold a valid licence under the Animal Boarding Establishments Act 1963 and;
d. Ensure kennelling practices are compliant with licence conditions.
Suppliers intending to bid for this contract must be within a 50 mile radius of Stirling (for reference suppliers should use the address of Stirling Council’s head office ‘14-20 Pitt Terrace, Stirling, Scotland FK8 2ET’).
