This Framework Agreement is to appoint one or more vehicle manufacturers to provide vehicles to Affintiy Water Ltd via both outright purchase and contract hire acquisition methods. Please note that we are seeking expressions of interest from vehicle manufacturers only and not vehcile dealerships, brokers or rental companies. The closing date for expressions of interest is 20.9.2013. After this date we will send all interested parties the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire.
