Merlin Housing Society is a social landlord owning 8300 properties in South Gloucestershire. We are seeking to appoint suppliers to a framework agreement to provide an efficient, cost effective and resident focused flooring supply and fit service.
The Framework Agreement will provide for a small panel of suppliers to support Merlin in delivering the required services and appointment will be on a cascade basis as described in Invitation to Tender document.
The suppliers appointed to the framework must be able to provide flooring to any required site and no minimum order values will be applied to orders placed through this agreement. The size of the orders may range from a single room to a whole property.
Suppliers must also work with residents to select their choice of flooring from agreed ranges.
