This is an invitation to tender for the evaluation of online and face-to-face digital skills workshops and digital skills portal for the creative and cultural industries in Wales, developed as part of the Sector Priorities Fund Programme.

Total quantity or scope of tender

This work will involve evaluating the effectiveness of the piloted CPD opportunities and the digital skills portal for creative and cultural industries in Wales. This will consist of surveying 40 businesses who have taken part in training and analysing the impact the training has had on their business, as well as retrieving and analysing the analytics for the use of the new website since its inception.

3 Conditions for Participation

Minimum standards and qualification required

We welcome both independent and collaborative proposals from individuals and organisations that can demonstrate the following profile/experience:

• Quantitative and qualitative research

• Ability to present research findings comprehensibly to a range of audience

• Proven track record in desk based research and report writing

• Knowledge of the creative and cultural industries in Wales

• An ability to interpret and analyse data and present it in a suitable report format

• The ability to work during the indicated timetable (see timings section).

• A commitment to diversity and equality

• A commitment to operating in Welsh in Wales
