A member of Places for People, Castle Rock Edinvar is one of Scotland's leading housing associations and a Scottish Charity.

Castle Rock Edinvar own or manage 6 000 homes and work with over 8 000 customers. Based in Craigmillar, one of Edinburgh's main urban regeneration areas.

Castle Rock Housing Association is seeking expressions of interest from suitably resourced, qualified and experienced contractors in order to implement a Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance contract.

The contract duration is three years with a possible extension of a further one year for services in Edinburgh North & East, Midlothian and East Lothian, Edinburgh South & West, West & Stirling and Factored sites.

Potential candidates shall note that TUPE may or may not apply to this procurement. In the event that the contracting authority is able to provide TUPE information it will do so acting merely as a conduit of the information and it will not warrant, represent or guarantee the accuracy of any TUPE information provided. As such potential candidates will be expected to take their own advice as to the application of TUPE to this procurement.
