Conditions for participation

III.1.1)

Qualification for the system

Prospective Contractors should submit documentation to demonstrate / substantiate the following;

1. Experience in the construction of Fishmarket type buildings and / or high quality cold storage facilities.

2. Management experience of constructing highly serviced buildings.

3. Testimonials and reference details from recent projects, < 3 years, including Fishmarket and cold storage buildings.

4. Financial capacity to fund the construction of a GBP 6+ million project over a construction period of circa 40-50 weeks.

Documentation should be submitted no later than 19.9.2014.

Each submission will be reviewed.

Additional information / clarification may be requested.

Each of the above categories will be scored out of 20 and the highest scoring contractors will be invited to tender.

It is anticipated that no more than 5 contractors will be included on the final tender list.
