Abstract

Pembrokeshire County Council in partnership with Chambers of Trade, Town Councils and Private sector businesses wishes to appoint suitably qualified supplier to design and deliver a free public WIFI scheme in a number of the Town Centres across the County. While the tender is being led by Pembrokeshire County Council the ownership and final service agreements will be with each individual town, varying between Town Councils/ Chambers of Trade, Local Partnerships or Private Sector Businesses. The maximum number of towns will be ten, comprising Tenby, Haverfordwest, Milford Haven, Pembroke, Pembroke Dock, Saundersfoot, Fishguard & Goodwick, Narberth, Newport and St Davids.

Each town solution must be developed independently of the others.

Lodging of appeals

Pembrokeshire County Council will incorporate a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. This period allows unsuccessful tenderers to seek further debriefing from the contracting authority before the contract is entered into. Applicants have 2 working days from the notification of the award decision to request additional debriefing and that information has to be provided a minimum of 3 working days before the expiry of the standstill period. Such additional information should be required from sending a message via etenderwales
