Short description of the contract or purchase(s)

The current cleaning contract expires on 31.12.2015 and is being tendered for quality and best value. Cleaning services are required at the University's campus sites, 1 in Chichester and 1 in Bognor Regis for term time and non term time, for all sites including residential sites. Expressions of interest are sought from Companies experienced in higher education sites and who have a proven track record in this field. The contract is for a 3 year contract starting 1.1.2016, with a possible +1,+1 year extension.

Additional Information

The contract/s will be awarded either as a joint contract or split between each of the 2 campus locations.

The University is considering an In-house operational option as part of this process and will be submitting a shadow bid. This will be assessed along with all other tender returns, using the same criteria, and if at tender return stage the University agree that this is a viable bid, then the tender process will be stopped.
