Please note:
Only companies with a 3 500 000 GBP notational value will be considered for this Contract. Medway Foundation Trust are undergoing a significant refurbishment of its emergency department. Initial phases are currently under way and this is the final phase covering the Majors and Resus areas of the Emergency Department. Works will include significant demolition and rebuilding works together with upgrade of existing mechanical and electrical services in-line with current HTM guidelines and fire proofing works. Refurbishment to take place within current footprint of 1960's fabric. Works will be undertaken in a live 24/7 A & E department. No sectional completion. Full access will be given to Majors and Resus for the duration of the refurbishment Contract will be based on JCT standard contract without design liability with fixed price. Pricing will be based on Bill of Quants. Project has been fully designed with lead architect Bowman Riley — Matt Cromack. Experience of working in healthcare live operational environment will be required. Please note that the full tender competition rules that apply both to the PQQ and ITT are listed in the ITT document contained herein. Please read these at the commencement of the PQQ process. All correspondence must be made through the discussion board for this tender on this site.
