Additional Information

The Contract will be a framework for a 3 year period with an option to extend for an additional 1 year. Aldwyck Housing Group and its subsidiaries propose to develop several mixed tenure developments over the life of the framework. Tender list for each scheme will be chosen from the selected framework contractors.
