Tenderers must either be insurers in their own right or brokers authorised and regulated by the FCA with experience of arranging insurance cover for social landlords.

Tenderers must have been trading for at least 3 years, and be able to demonstrate the they have the financial strength to deliver services for the duration of the contract.

Tenderers should be able to evidence that the personnel delivering the service are suitably qualified e.g. ACII, and experienced in the social housing sector.
