Abstract

In common with all Second Round HLF projects, Penllergare Trust is required to prepare a comprehensive Activity Plan to cover all the activities needed to deliver the Phase 2 project objectives and to deliver the appropriate outcomes for people and community. The activity plan will also describe the processes which led the Trust’s decisions about which particular groups of people the Trust needs to engage with and why. The Activity Plan is a crucial document and it will serve as a working manual for the project delivery team. It will also be a key tool for monitoring delivery. The Activity Plan is crucial in bringing together the people (particularly the volunteers and staff) who will be essential to the success of the project. Equally, the Trust needs to engage the public in ways that meet their needs and help achieve the chosen outcomes. Penllergare Trust is seeking a consultant who will assist the project staff to construct a suitable Activity Plan following the guidelines of the HLF Activity Plan Guidance (2012).
