Abstract

Penllergare Trust is required to prepare a business plan to cover the Trust’s operations during the Phase 2 delivery and 5 years following project closure. For the Trust this will be more than just the business plan because it will also comprise the target operating model for the Trust’s activities. The format of the business plan must follow the structure described in the HLF Business Plan Guidance (2012). Assembling the business case will require careful negotiation between Trustees, volunteers and other users of the Penllergare Valley.
