Multidisciplinary Design Team for Community Building Project

Caia Park Partnership Ltd is a social enterprise operating from a series of community buildings in Wrexham. We are currently seeking capital funding to extend one building and remodel a second to provide new community facilities.

We are seeking to engage a lead design professional to manage a multidisciplinary team to take us through some preparatory steps before progressing to RIBA 3 and on to completion.

The commission is subject to approval of funding by two principal funders, with decisions likely in March 2017.

The contract is for professional fees necessary to successfully complete two schemes of building work over the period 2017 to 2018. The schemes have a combined current construction cost estimate of £435,000 ex VAT based on concepts developed to RIBA 1.
