The National Procurement Service, on behalf of the Welsh Public Sector, wishes to establish an All Wales Framework for Stationery and Copier Paper. Please note that this Framework does not replace the already awarded NPS-CS-0013-14 Office Copier, Digital and Offset Paper (Lot 2) Framework. The inclusion of paper in this agreement is for the purpose of limited requirements for paper desk top deliveries.
