II.2.4) Description of the procurement
For submarine surveys, the Consultant will be required to :-
— Prepare technical specification and tender documentation;
— Support the technical elements of PQQ and ITN questionnaires and evaluation of the technical responses;
— Obtain, maintain and complete environmental consent for the surveys;
— Undertake Contract administration and manage the technical elements of the main survey contractor, including placing client representation on board;
— Manage the health and safety, technical and commercial aspects of the planning, operational and delivery phases of the Marine Survey Contracts placed between ISL and third parties, to ensure safe and efficient delivery of quality survey services;
— Assess and assure the quality of the main survey deliverables;
— Survey Report and presentation of conclusions (to include review of the results of the survey and analysis of any changes from previous survey) and lessons learned workshop post-survey completion.
