Abstract
Minesto is looking for a supplier of the provision of test facility and test personnel for a combined test of PTO (Power Take Off) and MGS (Micro Grid System) for the DG500 project in the tidal kite system from Minesto (Deep Green Technology).
As a first step, Minesto is looking for suppliers which have the test facilities required for a successful PTO MGS test in Q4 2017. Details specified in the additional document - Technical Specification PTO MGS Test DG500-MNT-230-SPC-0002
Based on the responses to this speculative notice, Minesto may issue an Invitation to Tender (ITT) to all potential suppliers, or issue a contract notice on sell2wales.
