The works comprise: removal of all internal linings, partitions, windows /doors, all services and floors leaving internal shell with external walls, block party wall and roof structure in place.
The reinstatement works involve the introduction of new insulated concrete floors, new insulated external wall linings, roof truss modifications, roofspace insulated linings, new Dormer Windows, Velux Windows & Solar Panels, new Stairs to each property, new internal partitions and linings to Ground & Upper floors, new windows & doorsets, new bathrooms, new kitchens, Air Source Underfloor Heating, new electrical installations, new plumbing installations, new roughcast, new fascias and ridge tiles, soffits & rainwater goods, new drying areas, walls, fences & footpaths and a new parking area.
