Sovereign is seeking a preferred supplier partner to provide a turnkey solution for the provision and installation of PVC-U windows and patio doors. The contract scope includes: the manufacturer, survey, supply and installation of PVC-U window and patio door units and associated fittings in support of new build contracts, annual refurbishment programmes and response maintenance services. With a focus on improving efficiencies, reducing costs, increasing long term resident satisfaction, and achieving a sustainable design and management solution.
Sovereign Housing Association Ltd (SHA) wishes to deliver services through Windows (supply and installation of) national contract. Sovereign has recently been subject to a merger (Spectrum Housing association and Sovereign Housing Association) as was.

It is proposed that our Contract Brief and the detailed submissions provided by the successful Service Provider will be combined to form the basis of the Contract. This Contract will become the formal arrangement between between Sovereign (and their collaborative purchasing/procurement partners) and the chosen Service Provider.
