Leicester City Council expects to deliver a significant portfolio of capital projects which could be up to circa 240 000 000 GBP over the next 4 years. The Framework Agreement will be for 2 years with an option to extend for a period or periods totalling no more than 2 years. The Framework Agreement is split into 4 lots.
The Authority has conducted this procurement using the restricted procedure for the purposes of procuring the works described in the Specification, and in accordance with the requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
The portfolio is expected to include:

— Cultural facilities, e.g. museum redevelopment,
— economic development schemes e.g. workspace,
— city centre re-generation,
