WM Housing Group is seeking to appoint service provider to work with us to provide our required Responsive Lift Maintenance and Repairs service. The estimated contract value is approx. 2 700 000 GBP over the duration of 9 years i.e. 300 000 GBP per annum. WMHG will be seeking to appoint a service provider who can demonstrate previous experience of providing a guaranteed 24-hour, 365/6 days a year responsive maintenance cover including out of hours services. A primary requirement will be an understanding of how these services should be delivered in rural and widely dispersed geographical areas.

Precise information on deadline(s) for review procedures:
WM Housing Group will incorporate a minimum ten day calendar standstill period at the point information on the award of the Contract is communicated tenderers. The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or a risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland). Generally any such action must be brought within 30 days from the date the aggrieved party knew or ought to have known about the alleged breach. Where the Contract has not been entered into, the Court may order the setting aside of the award decision or order WM Housing Group to amend any document and may award damages. If the Contract has been entered into the Court may only award damaged or may in certain circumstances declare the Contract award to be ineffective.
