— 1 no. General Needs house, 5-bed 8-person wheelchair accessible and adaptable at 150m2,
— 5 no Specialist LD bungalows ‘Virtual Community Cluster’ 2-bedroom 3-person bungalows, wheelchair accessible and adaptable at 70m2,
— 1 no staff unit bungalow, wheelchair access for visitors at 55m2, (semi-detached to 1 no Specialist LD virtual Community Cluster bungalow),
— 2 no Specialist LD bungalows, ‘ISL’ 3 bed 6-person, wheelchair accessible and adaptable at 110m2,
