Belfast Health And Social Care Trust (BHSCT) invites you to respond to this CfT. Belfast Health And Social Care Trust is seeking to enter into a contract for the Supply, Installation, And Commissioning Of A 800kVA Trailer Mounted Mobile Diesel Generator And Associated Equipment, including Mobile Fuel Bowser and Cable Trailers, For Belfast Health And Social Care Trust. Under The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 the Framework is being procured as a mixed procurement, the main subject-matter on analysis has been deemed to be ‘Supply’, therefore the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 apply.

In order for an Economic Operator to be eligible to participate in the Procurement it must have a Constructionline Category Value equal to or greater than the value set out in Table1. In order for an Economic Operator or Lead Enterprise to be eligible to participate in this competition its Constructionline Category Value must be at least equal to the minimum level listed in one of the Sectors/Works Categories/CPV Listed.

Minimum level(s) of standards required:

Minimum Category Value for Economic Operator: 300 000.00 GBP. Relevant Work Categories:

1) Electrical / Power Supply — Generating Plant 100Kw to 20Mw — 45315300-1; or

2) Infrastructure / Power Supply — Generating Plant 100Kw to 20Mw — 45315300-1; or

3) Infrastructure / Electrical — Generating Plant over 1MW — 45315300-1; or

4) Electrical / Electrical — Generators — 31120000-3.

The above is an extensive list of ‘Relevant Work Category’ acceptable to the Contracting Authority.
