The housing options service includes homelessness services, choice based lettings and housing advice. Through the tender return, the Council wishes to judge a bidder's experience of delivering a similar service and also what additional value and innovation can be brought to the service.

The Council accepts no liability for the accuracy of this information. Bidders must make their own decision about whether TUPE is applicable in this case.
