Information about authorised persons and opening procedure:

Højst 1 repræsentant pr. tilbudsgiver kan overvære åbningen af buddene. Af sikkerhedsmæssige årsager skal tilbudsgivere registrere sig inden for den fastsatte frist (se venligst udbudsmaterialet) for at få tilladelse til at overvære åbningen af buddene.

Maximal 1 Vertreter je Bieter darf an der Öffnung der Angebote teilnehmen. Aus Sicherheitsgründen müssen sich die Bieter innerhalb der Frist anmelden (siehe die Aufforderung zur Angebotsabgabe), um an der Öffnung teilnehmen zu dürfen.

Maximum of 1 representative per tenderer is permitted to be present at the opening. For security reasons, tenderers must register within the given deadline (please see the invitation to tender letter) to be allowed to attend the opening session.
